Eden Chua’s practice at Nelson Madden Black LLP focuses on advocating for clients on complex constitutional questions at the trial and appellate levels, in New York and around the country. She also draws on her corporate advisory experience to counsel clients on a range of contractual and employment-related matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Chua specialized in international arbitration at leading law firms in Paris, including Latham & Watkins and A&O Shearman, and also gained experience in corporate M&A and private equity transactions.

Ms. Chua earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Sciences Po Paris, followed by an LL.M. from Columbia Law School, where she graduated with honors and served as a Student Editor of the American Review of International Arbitration.
